All appointments require completion of the 'booking form' and 'consent' form and 'safety forms' before your session.
How Booking Works:
1. Speak with the artist and choose the tattoo service that best fits your idea. Please refer to 'Pricing'.
2. Select an available date and time.
3. Fill out the tattoo 'booking form'.
4. Complete the 'consent' and 'safety forms'.
Your appointment will be confirmed after everything is submitted.
